Orders are shipped as soon as possible, 5 days a week using USPS; expected shipping time for our Gift Sets is 1-3 working days; shipping time for our Basic Packages is 1-4 working days. Email delivery takes as little as 2 minutes to reach your inbox, although in certain cases can take up to 1 hour. Orders shipped outside the USA will vary in shipped time; UK, Europe and Australia are delivered within 1-5 working days; for the rest of the world shipping is expected within 7-14 working days and is priced at $14.95 for standard packages and FREE for gift sets! You can name your star anything you like with exceptions of profanities of offensive remarks. We also suggest not using any offensive language on the personal message as this may cause your order to be deleted and a refund provided.

A star Deed is the 250gsm (Thickness) professionally printed award that we send you upon purchase. This will contain the name of your star, the memorable date, personal message, signatures of deed provisioner and of course the Star-Name-Registry official embossed seal of approval.
